Thank you for your support and understanding whilst we’ve been working on changes to the Asset Management and Maintenance Conference and Exhibition 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak.

We can confirm that we will now be hosting this conference as a virtual event on 14-15 October. Any bookings made for the live event will automatically be transferred over to the new date.

We’ve created a set of frequently asked questions which should cover any queries you might have and the Customer Service (Events) team are available via email too.

What is a virtual event?

A virtual event is where delegates experience the event and its content online rather than gathering in-person.

Virtual events are built around a live agenda that includes keynotes, breakouts, roundtable discussions and more. You can ask questions to speakers, as well as to exhibitors, sponsors and fellow delegates via video, instant messenger and discussion boards.

You’ll be able to watch sessions in real-time, build your own agenda, access recordings of the sessions after the event, and interact with other delegates.

All you need is an internet connection.

The price for the Asset Management and Maintenance Conference and Exhibition is now cheaper, will I get a refund for the price difference?

Yes, our Customer Service (Events) team will email you directly to arrange a refund for the price difference.

I can no longer attend Asset Management and Maintenance Conference and Exhibition. Can I get a refund?

One of the benefits of a virtual event is that the content is available to watch on demand for three months after the event. If you would prefer we can transfer your booking to Asset Management and Maintenance Conference and Exhibition 2021 (October 2021) or provide your organisation with a credit note to be used by 31 March 2021 on NHF conferences held up until 31 March 2022.

Please contact the Customer Service (Events) team via email to transfer your booking or request a credit note.

When will the conference programme be available?

We’re working closely with our speakers and sponsors to update the conference programme and will publish it online as soon as possible.
